Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Make It Click, we take pride in delivering professional digital marketing, web development, e-commerce solutions, and content writing services. Because our work involves specialized labor, strategy development, and digital resource allocation, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

Please review these conditions carefully before making any advance payments or subscribing to our monthly management retainers.

2. Web Development & Design Projects

For custom website design, web applications, and e-commerce setups:

• Advance Deposit: Projects require a 50% non-refundable advance deposit to kickstart work and reserve team resources. Once design or development has officially commenced, this advance is strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel the project in writing within 24 hours of payment and *before* any design concepts or coding has started, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your advance.
• Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and final client review right before website deployment. Final deliverables and source codes are handed over only after complete payment.

3. Monthly Marketing & Retainer Services

For ongoing retainers including SEO, Content Writing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads management:

• Advance Billing: All monthly marketing retainers are billed strictly in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun and optimization or content creation has started.
• Cancellation Notice: You may pause or cancel your monthly retainer at any time by providing a minimum of 7 days written notice prior to your next billing renewal date.
• Advertising Budgets: Direct ad spends paid to third-party platforms like Meta or Google are governed strictly by their respective platform policies and cannot be refunded by Make It Click.

4. Conditions Where Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after the project scope has been defined and active development or writing has commenced.
• Delays caused by the client in providing required content, feedback, brand assets, or credentials needed for project progression.
• Completed and approved digital deliverables or published content that has already been handed over.
• Algorithm updates, policy changes, or account suspensions by third-party platforms (such as Google or Meta) that impact organic rankings or ad delivery outside our direct control.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

In cases where a refund is formally approved under our eligible cancellation window:

• Requests must be submitted officially via email to our support desk.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
• Funds will be credited back through the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card).
