1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Make It Click ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking consultations, or purchasing any of our services (including Web Development, E-Commerce, Content Writing, Meta & Google Ads, and SEO), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services & Project Scope

We provide enterprise-grade digital solutions as outlined in our service packages and custom agreements. All projects are bound by the agreed-upon scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Client responsibilities include providing required content, access credentials, and feedback within agreed timeframes.
• Delays in client feedback or material provision may extend the estimated project delivery dates.
• Any features or requests outside the initial project proposal will be billed as additional scope additions.

3. Payments and Billing Policy

All financial transactions and service retainers are governed by transparent billing standards:

• Development and design projects require a 50% advance deposit before commencement and the remaining 50% balance upon final review prior to launch.
• Monthly marketing retainers (SEO, Content, Meta Ads, and Google Ads management) are billed strictly in advance.
• Advertising spends for Meta and Google campaigns are paid directly by the client to the respective platforms and are independent of our management fees.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive for complete client satisfaction. However, due to the digital and customized nature of our services:

• Advance deposits for custom development projects are non-refundable once work has officially commenced.
• Monthly retainers can be canceled or paused with a minimum of 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
• Completed deliverables and digital assets handed over to the client are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full and final payment of all project dues, ownership and intellectual property rights of the custom deliverables (such as source code, website design, and written content) are transferred to the client. Make It Click retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Make It Click shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, third-party platform updates (such as Meta or Google algorithm changes), or hosting downtime beyond our control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
